Self-care goes beyond physical pleasure in our Wellness Center – Zlatna Nit. Relax deeply, enveloped in the peace of our natural environment and surrender to the facilities designed to relax both body and mind.
Wellness connects all these concepts and opens the possibility of interdisciplinary action across all these segments. It is primarily focused on prevention, with the aim of maintaining or improving health, i.e., improving the quality of life.
It is important to take responsibility for your own health, decisions, thoughts, actions, needs, and desires. You must dedicate yourself to health, understand and change your habits, and be aware of what causes you to feel good or bad. You must act consciously and do absolutely everything to preserve your health.
Harmony of body and spirit
If we move our body, it is alive and active and fulfils its primary function: movement. If we think of beautiful “things,” we see everything more beautiful because our mind is occupied with beauty. If we are joyful inside, we create ideal conditions for health. If we are not healthy, we must ask ourselves where we are doing something that is not in accordance with our inner nature or natural laws.
There is no diet, pill, or magic recipe that will successfully and long-term regulate our body weight without us having to change anything in our lives. We must act consciously and take everything necessary to preserve our health. Ultimately, all the energy we possess comes from a state of mind.
