Bio Sauna

A milder version of the Finnish sauna with increased humidity is recommended for people who cannot tolerate dry air and high temperatures. The sauna’s temperature is around 50-60 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is controlled at around 55%.

The recommended stay in the bio sauna is from 15 to 20 minutes. After each treatment, it is recommended to “cool down” as with the Finnish sauna, if possible with experienced showers or in a barrel for immersion, that is, by swimming in the pool.

The pleasant temperature with moderate air humidity represents a particularly gentle and pleasant climate for relaxation and a sense of comfort, thus relaxing the muscles and having a beneficial effect on the body.

The steam generator allows steam to be introduced inside the wooden sauna. The steam is refined with the scent of essential oils, which has a positive effect on cleaning the skin and respiratory tract. Deep and moderate breathing is recommended for the full effect of the sauna.

Finnish sauna

Pair a massage with a sauna in Zlatna Nita. The warm heat will help relax your muscles and relieve pain. At 80-90 °C, you are sure to sweat, remove toxins, and flush them from your body to restore a healthy glow and skin tone. Moreover, it alleviates certain respiratory problems.

When you go to the sauna, it is advisable to drink more fluids because your body will sweat more, and you will lose electrolytes and water. In Finland, you can choose between water, cider, or beer for the best sauna enjoyment, while in our areas, tea or juice is mostly served.

When leaving the sauna, it is necessary to take a shower, and it is recommended to use lukewarm or even colder water to refresh and recover the body. A cold shower also helps to increase circulation after going out, while a visit to the sauna once a week is recommended for best results.

Salt room therapy – Halotherapy

Salt therapy is a highly dispersive, alkaline, aerosol and microclimatic treatment without the use of drugs. It is a therapeutic method based on the principles of the microclimate of the salt cave, which represents prolonged exposure to the specific microclimate of the cave, salt mines.

It is a method in which dry air aerosol plays an important role in alleviating health problems. It is used for patients who have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, sinusitis, and other respiratory problems. Salt therapy carried out in the Salt Room is a therapeutic method that does not use drugs.

Health conditions to which Halotherapy can be applied:

Asthma, Bronchitis / Chronic Bronchitis, Nervousness, Poor concentration, Sleep disorder, Unhealthy skin, Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis, Ear infection, Sinusitis, Cough, Allergies (hay fever), COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Atopic dermatitis

Saunas and children

It has been clinically proven that natural treatment methods are more effective in children because children react more intensively than adults. Doctors recommend that parents first try natural methods (e.g., salt rooms) for their children.

Please remember that there is no age limit for Salt Therapy. A stable hypoallergenic and hypobacterial environment is constantly maintained in the therapy room, so it is impossible to transmit viruses in salty rooms.

The effectiveness of salt therapy is evident, and pulmonologists and otorhinolaryngologists recommend it since symptoms disappeared in 85 to 95% of children after several consecutive treatments with the therapy.

*Using the sauna for children under six is free, only with adult supervision*
