Immerse yourself in nature study
Spice up your kids’ vacation with a healthy mix of fun and nature learning: how to plant seeds, water plants and flowers, mix soil, care for plants and trees, transplant seedlings, learn which plants go together and why, and more.
Experiences that directly involve them in the process of how ingredients from our greenhouse, vineyard and orchard are used in the kitchen to prepare our delicious dishes.
In partnership with nature
For every experience we can offer our guests, we are aware that we have to occupy space and take resources from nature. That’s why we strive to find life in balance with our environment, as much as we can and as much as we owe to nature.
Most of the culinary ingredients we use are domestically or locally grown or come from nature. Our greenhouse has a wide variety of vegetables that we use in a large selection of our dishes. Our vineyard is used multipurpose for growing grapes and root vegetables.
The orchard boasts rows of different types of fruit, such as plums, pears, apples, and cherries. Other types of plants and mushrooms, such as elderberries, berries, and edible mushrooms, can be found in our immediate environment. Of course, this area is abundant in the spring with wild strawberries.

In partnership with our community
Sharing the beauty of nature is a blessing, and we are fortunate to share our beautiful surroundings with our surrounding communities. Caring for our environment is essential for us and future generations, and what better way to do it than with them?
Several gardening and permaculture activities have been created to educate our youngsters about how nature takes care of us and how we can return the favour.
Zlatna Nit designed a project where children can actively participate in several gardening activities for an hour or more, whether visiting with their family or from a local school. Education is accessible when done in a fun location with fun and entertaining activities.
